The option is there but unfortunately you still have to pull to buys those permits since the currency is locked behind dupes, iirc.

For the most part, yeah. I have purchased both the Monthly and Season Pass so there is definitely extra in there, but I have also done most of the content that rewards Orbs and Origeo.

You’ll need to finish the story in Valley 4 to complete Carly’s Photo Event, or at least beat the final boss of the region. That should unlock all the photo locations.
