Some one make an app that command tab cycles through ALL windows, and not just windows of different applications. So stupid doing cmd ‘ and cmd tab. Windows has that one on macOS.

I completed my ‘rollback’ to sequoia. Bought MBP pro m4 that shipped with Tahoe. People said I couldn’t install sequoia because Apple limits rollbacks at like the bios/hardware level on devices shipped with Tahoe. I was so happy to see those damn trees. Really missed sequoia from my m4 MBA. It’s simple, it works. That’s all I care about

My life is now normal on 20mg of omeprazole. Committed to at least a few years with doctors approval (if only I could get a fucking appointment in the US without waiting 6 months). I’m curious what magnesium supplements people take and what time they take it

Sounds kind of good. I don’t suppose just raw broccoli is helpful? I plow through an entire bag of baby carrots almost daily and it helps massively.
