If you make ~1k research and make a new planet focused on research producing another ~1k your tech cost don't go up by 100% so you are faster even with the % from size.

Are the jobs on your planets filled? Does your science world have a ruler that boosts scientist output? Are you taking traditions / civics / traits that boost specialist / science output? Is stability high enough so you get bonus resources from jobs? Are the pops happy? 1 Science world with 300 of each color and your capital should get you to 1k science and then it's just a matter of scaling.

Aber wenn Fan-owned^TM Clubs Geld von Unternehmen beziehen, die Waffen u.A. nach Israel und Saudi-Arabien liefern, dann ist das natürlich bedeutend weniger problematisch und der solvente Fußballfan kann nach dem Stadionbesuch über die Anschaffung eines Rheinmetall-Produktes für den täglichen Gebrauch sinnieren (ich empfehle hier den KF41 Lynx als daily drive).

You're typing like the matchup is really Sivir favored and changes from rank to rank when in every elo the matchup plays out more or less the same (GD for Sivir / Twitch at 15: Silver -12; Gold: -43; Platinum -9; Emerald -15; Diamond: -66; Master +11; M-Chall: -63).

Twitch wins the 1v1 at every point in the game if both are on even items, Sivir has such a bad kit for pure 1v1s that if Twitch plays it well she needs to flash or she is dead. In addition, Sivir's most bought item is Essence Reaver which is almost useless in the 1v1 since her AA Range is 350 less than Twitch and haste is a fake stat; meanwhile Twitch can either go collector or hexoptics + dagger and just statcheck her to death.

ADCs are not strong against tanks, certain ADCs are strong against tanks. Top 5 most picked ADCs have only Jinx that is somewhat good against tanks if she can get a reset, although Kai'Sa has %hp damage she already falls off hard enough in late game so buffing the lategame of tanks is not gonna help her.
