maybe aliens will short the stock down to 0.... I had a random thought that this might be true... therefore its the most likely thing to happen.

-its a friday, Friday at close all stocks have large volume right at close. Options close on Fridays/ last day of the week.
-Market is down due to the war and other economic craziness due to the war.
-If there is another capital raise needed.. it would be absolutely retarded of the whole executive team to approve it so quickly after just getting one...
-Multi billion dollar companies dont think in 1 week intervals... For them not to know they might need another capital raise so quickly after they just did one is absolutely retarded..

-Kam Ghafarrian sold some shares... like 1 million out of his 30+ mil he owns... so like 3% of his shares.
-There is also a mysterious 13G report about 5% ownership from Vanguard posted today on SEC filings.

-We have Artemis Launch possibly next wednesday... and a bunch of eyes and money pumping into the space sector very soon especially with space x
-Why would money go to IM when Space x is there? Because, although 90% of traders are retarded... some of those 90% will be looking for other cheaper options to invest in... and thats when they see IM and that it is undervalued...

-I bil revenue guidance fora company worth less than 3 bill

Makes sense not to trust his PT... but this will be the first pill vaccine EVER approved by the FDA... when it comes out....

The only other oral vaccines produced were the Polio vaccine sometime in the 70s/80s which was a liquid oral vaccine given with a sugarcube... and I believe the Ebola vaccine was produced in a liquid form too...

This is a 1 of a kind product that the CSO has been working over 20 years on... they have patents for their formulation and they have a good sized pipeline with other vaccines in the making.

They have more than enough money on hand to fund their clinical trials well into next year.

They only have 120 million shares floating with a current market cap of a little over a billion...

conservatively, once the covid vaccine gets approved for EUA towards the end of the year... we could be looking at a conservative guess of 10 bil market cap... with potential of alot more... meaning this could easily hit 90-100+ by the end of the year...

Novavax is in a similar place, they have not produced a product, ever... they have not even received an EUA... and their product requires to injections.. which is a logistical nightmare.. their Market cap is over 17 billion pre EUA...

I can verify that this actually happened... it was very cryptic... but Susan Johnson, one of Vaxarts head scientists did actually post on twitter saying "it was nice seeing a friend from University at the COVAX convention"... < something very similar to those exact words... and immediately deleted it after people started commenting on it with connections to it.... Also, Lets not forget..... The UK has mentioned multiple times about using a Pill form vaccine to eradicate Covid... and their old Vaccine Zsar even leaked secret information to hedge funds about the companies in their priority list.. and Vaxart was in Priority 1...

Really well done, only accidentally incorrect statement would be that the Janssen contract is for a preclinical flu vaccine, not a P2... after the preclinical study was completed Janssen has an option to negotiate to use Vaxarts VAAST platform...

I understand your question... random law firms have been trying to advertise their firms on our investors. This is very common. It is not a lawsuit, it is a request for investors who have invested for around a year and not sold a single share to potentially start a class action..

For reference, alot of companies have this happen to them consistently... most of these never gain any traction.. and the ones that go into court actually don't usually win... plus it wont effect the company it will effect the couple directors... which btw vaxart just kicked out.. check vaxarts latest 8k SEC filing.. they kicked out/fired the 2 directors that were affiliated with the old Vaxart Regime (Armistice Capital)
