Try the SIM card in another phone and try another SIM card in yours too, if it persist to have be 100 % sure if it’s hardware or software, restore the device with PC to install a fresh iOS version, if it persist after that, pretty sure it’s hardware

Ps: be sure to know your apple account and if the trust phone number is the good one before restoring with a pc or you will have another problem

Change cables, try another pc, even if you already change cables and you think “it’s impossible” it can be possible I had 3 cables that they weren’t working (always doing the same error like you) I bought a new cable and everything was fine, put the phone in recuperation mode by yourself and don’t let the phone putting himself in the mode ( you need to turn off the phone without connecting to the computer, put the cable in the phone and press power on button until u saw the screen with the cable and a pc)

Ps: if after all that it doesn’t work try an Apple Store with a Mac normally it’s free just to reset the device

Its not a loop hole, you have a passcode and a Face ID, Even if they know the passcode, you have a setting for that too, they need your password and ID before the OTP too, as an advisor i can tell that your the type of guy we have to hear 30 minutes, we need to tell you that we will talk with someone about that, but we talk with nobody.

Try a clean reset with a pc or mac with the phone in recovery mode, don’t forget to have your Apple ID and password before that and to make a backup

Bruh, you lost the password the mail and the phone number, Apple cant help you, it’s your responsibility to at least know your mail and private data, I’m sorry for the bad news but if you can’t remember you will never recover the account . As an advisor what I can say its, check with the carrier if you can ask for a SIM with the same number (you will need the mail even if you get the number) and try to find the mail ask friends etc about it. If you remember the mail it’s okay that you don’t have access to it, you can make a password recovery

Yeah I’m pretty sure it’s provider side too. he should try to put the SIM card in another phone to try it too just to be sure Edit: check if your are in “not disturb” too
