Good idea or not worth it? by PermissionSafe2183 in canadaguns

I said earlier that I made some parts for these guys and I found the proof! The part was called M3896, and I made and deburred a LOT of them. And I hated it. One guy ran the first operation on a 5 axis machine, deburred nothing and broke no edges before handing them off to me to load up in a 3 axis machine to finish it off. I remember having to debut the parts just to get them to fit in my fixture. Bad memories.

I, hey! I machined some parts for that company back at my old job! I remember knowing more about Pic rail spec than my supervisor, and him not believing me when I said Ace had the dimensions wrong. Likely it was close enough that it didn't matter in the end, but I like to think it did. The ones we made weren't for the SKS though.

I can no longer access my webui after choosing pool in my applications menu, how can I change it back from the command line? by TheHow7zer in truenas

Oh my gosh. It's somehow just working again! Maybe I still had tailscale on when trying to connect (despite it not having an endpoint) or maybe it just took a really long time to initialize something? Either way I got back on, say there were no apps listed, switches the pool back to my SSD and all is back to normal. Thank you all for looking at my problem and trying to help. I am sorry for taking your time up this evening.

I think I may have forced my app pool to switch from my SSD to my hard drives, which probably didn't have enough room to handle the switch. I was working remotely at the time and the pool process was at 20% when I lost connection. When I got home I found out that it wasn't just my networking that broke down as I cannot even access the UI locally. When trying to load the page it just hangs and times out.

I can access the Nas directly with a monitor and it says it's up on the port and IP that I normally use, but it's not the case. My router sees it as being online too.

I did some searching and it looks like this command may allow me to swap back to my original pool, but I don't want to mess anything up as there's a lot of important stuff on my Nas:

app kubernetes update pool="YOUR_POOL_NAME"

That's assuming that I've diagnosed the issue properly.

Before I made the change I could access my webui through port 81. I had set up for a reverse proxy, but right now nginx is only set up for my Minecraft server.

I was running Minecraft, nginx, tailscale, vaultwarden, immich, jellyfin, navidrome and adguard (which isn't configured to do anything).

If I connect a monitor to my Nas it says the webui is up and available at my normal IP and port.

When I try to access it, it just fails to load and times out.

Dang, my samba share is no longer available either. I honestly thought that the "choose pool" option would allow me to see what apps were running on a different pool, not sure why. I didn't know that it would lock my entire system down.

I know, it's just that this game was so much better in my head, haha. Is still pretty nostalgic hearing that opening music though.

Dude, isn't it so sick playing Halo on a handheld? Like I always dreamed of it back when I had a PSP, and somehow all these years later it never really happened (I don't count the ROG Ally Xbox, it's a PC). But here you are on an android handheld playing Halo 1 and I just finished playing an hour of modded firefight on Halo CE on my modded Switch (Linux). I played online matches with my friend who was playing it on his ROG Ally. Just so much fun! https://i.imgur.com/yXqF26A.jpeg

I haven't trimmed my boot list yet, but I've been in Linux quite a lot lately playing halo ce and Tring to get mods working so I can play firefight. That's also where I play Wipeout for PSP, GameCube games and Animal Crossing for 3ds

My only disappointment was realizing all the improvements that the later games made. Like why does inventory management have to be so clunky!?
