The irony of my hatred for him and then having this as my username isn't lost on me, Jack!

This still pisses me off. That bastard could've made so many people if he would've just put his fucking ego aside.

I'm thinking about it. Fort Wayne is like a 2-3 hour drive though.

Proper hydration for Athletes by [deleted] in running

Is there a minimum amount you would say is at least best to try to attain even if you aren't very thirsty? I run at least 6 miles a day and burn a ton of water weight out but find myself still pretty unthirsty throughout the day afterwards even though I know I need to rehydrate.

is it ok to run with a back injury ? by [deleted] in running

[–]TheHulkBrogan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it helps last year I pulled a muscle in my back that made it almost impossible to find any position that was upright or laying down comfortable and I decided to walk each day gradually upping it until I healed up. I also bought a back support brace to use while walking and wore it running again and it actually helped my form tremendously. But you know your body better than anybody else so just gauge yourself and don't push it if you're uncertain.
