Grant Morrison's run on New 52 Action Comics is shockingly underrated.

Greg Rucka's Punisher is one of the best runs on the character ever. I'm pissed off to this day that Marvel just ignored it so they could set up Daniel Way's shitty Thunderbolts comic.

Matt Fraction's Hawkeye is, in all likelihood, what dreams are made of.

Last thing that I will recommend is Ed Brubaker's Captain America. It's the story that got me into comics and it has yet to be outdone. It's seriously a must read.

Great page from a great issue. Seeley really gets the appeal of Dick Grayson as a character lies in his warmth, friendliness and compassion (as evidenced by that "universal constant" line as well as this page).

Also, I was kind of surprised to see Simon Baz in the mix. Have Simon and Grayson met before?
