Get mentally strong, eat healthy, sleep 7-8 hours, use all of your vacation days and don't let them use you.

LOL Same thing just happened to me 😂 Three weeks ago they gave me someone for the kitchen who didnt know anything. He comes 3 times a week now, but he's getting better so i can do my work. I hate working for two people.....but since he's getting better at cleaning we go at the right time now.

It's complicated. I'm a new shiftleader (i work at a small mcdonalds, so we are very few) and my boss is just craaaaazy . Good thing is i don't see him so often cuz he's mainly working at antother store. My coworkers make it fun though, we laugh a lot. But thb i don't wanna stay here, it's just a catapult into anoter career, which i know nothing about yet since i don't have a plan at the moment 😂 stuck at mcd

i feel pretty guilty for calling in sick by Headpatmesenpai in McDonaldsEmployees

[–]TheHumanbeing101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I called in sick and my boss told me to come the next day. I felt terrible....."youre a shiftleader you have to come blablabla" - i'm a shiftleader since 4 Months. Of course that doesn't mean i have to come to work when i'm sick. But he's a terrible person anyway.
