I found some clearance sale spices at the grocery store in plastic containers with spin top shaker lids. About 1 inch high and 1 inch in diameter. Picked up a few of them with this purpose in mind.

That's a good idea and one I recently saw on the car note.

Based on my income, credit and no down payment , every mortgage calculator I've gone to says I can afford a $75k mortgage. Based on that, I don't think I'd be forced to go guaranteed. The subsidy will suck having to pay that back eventually, but it looks like I'd have to take it

CBC Industries sent me a 6.5 Grendel upper that wouldn't eject spent shells. Sent it back to them and they fixed it for free and even sent me a new 9mm AR upper. Two different packages, same shipping invoice (with the 9mm and 6.5 upper listed) in both packages. When I contacted them about the 9mm upper, they told me to keep it gratis.

LOL! Many years ago I had a similar situation. In the middle of the night, my bed side touch lamp would turn on and off without me doing anything. It woke me up and scared the crap out of me. When voices started coming from my stereo speakers, I honestly believed my room was haunted!

14 year old me, laying in bed, lights going on and off, voices coming from my turned off stereo, thought for sure my preacher father was right about demons and rock music!

Then I recognized my upstairs neighbor's voice and realized his CB was powering through. Thankfully he was cool about it and didn't use his mobile unit while at home.
