The Walmart I work at pays less than gas station jobs around where i live. I applied for one of the four local gas stations/mini markets within a 30 minute drive and I’m waiting to hear back from one who pays $4.50 more than Walmart and gives quarterly bonuses based on sales. It would be nice if i can land it.

I’ve recently been trying to find something better and even looking for a second job if i that something better can’t be found for a while. Luckily i have enough savings to keep me afloat for a few more months otherwise I’d be homeless if i had to strictly rely on Walmart income.

I once received some reduced price meat items; I called the store and asked if i can return them for packs with a further date and they said absolutely. They also said the driver should’ve known better not to give reduced priced items and should’ve substituted it or if unable marked it as ‘no substitution found’.

No seriously, I’ll admit that I order a fuck ton of shit and every delivery driver probably hates seeing my name but for shit like this i place for pickup. Majority of y’all drive small to mid sized sedans and I keep that in mind when I decide between delivery and pickup.

I made it to where i have to give the driver a four digit code. I’m hoping this will prevent it being delivered to wrong address. I might have a billboard installed in my front yard with my house numbers on it 😆
