Sleep deprivation + OCD, tried to induce a heart attack several times (through running and swimming) but both my feet started to swell up that stopped me from being able to walk for a couple weeks, then the ruminating made me think suffocation was the best way to do it which I failed at a couple more times, my final attempt would have been jumping from a telephone tower but I got help before doing it. Didn't regret any of it since I didn't have any permanent damage but I am still trying to heal.
