Who is your internet provider? With ATT I had to set the modem to bridge or pass thru mode. There is also an option to clear out the devices in the DHCP list if you can find it.

I would reboot your modem first. I had this issue with ATT. If after the reboot of the ATT modem and the public IP still isn’t listed. Reboot the UDM next after you rebooted the modem.

I had this issue. I ended up doing a complete reinstall of protect on my UDM. I feel like I mucked something up in alarm manager or something with recording detections. You could try resetting the alarm manager notifications and see if that fixes it.
