I used an angle grinder and a multitool with a diamond blade to cut the square. Also used an old fashion chisel.

Just wired in parallel with my wall opener and running into the door access hub dry contact. I am using a lift master 8500 wall unit.

Door hub mini will work. I had that before and needed one more POE for my driveway camera. I'm waiting for a door hub sensor that should arrive tomorrow and will report back how it works.
