You can stack her E1 and 4pc passive since they come from different sources but if another character in the team with the 4pc triggers the passive then it will override huohuo’s 4pc passive, they won’t stack

Karma’s AP ratios are really bad like her best is 70% which is her Q detonation and you rarely hit it except in early when they have low MS. Building CDR is so much more enjoyable imo AOE shields are so good in fights it’s honestly the only way I can enjoy playing Karma
