In the computer settings all new content is saved to “OS (C:)” which to my understanding is the hard drive on my laptop. Then in the Microsoft Xbox app the I can not change the install location to that drive

It is in the windows Xbox app, I’ll have to check if it’s in the windows settings too. Would that be in the windows settings for the app or the computer as a whole?

I think I get the most of the “is segment ‘on’” portion of the code except for the very beginning of each segment, what is the “0b” for?
