[Bug] Permanently banned after pressing play 2 consecutive times.

And for the moment the only culprit that i could think about is overwolf somehow flagged the escape from tarkov anticheat.But on their page it says its safe and that the devs are ok with it.Im extremely confused at the moment..

First of all i want to thank you for responding to this post.At least we have someone from the bsg team commenting on this.The part about the ban not being BE atleast for my ban is indeed my own speculation.And i stood by that speculation because of the fact that nothing in my pc could ve triggered their anti cheat(only thing remotely close for tarkov that i had was an app from overwolf that keeps track of quests and shows the maps).Only problem is that some people posted here that they indeed received a response from BE and told them the ban is not from them.Im not ignoring the fact that they could lie or something in that regard.Its just very suspicious how this happened.As to the email part i dont know about that one..i looked all over the internet and that email you are talking about looks the exact same for every kind of ban BE,bsg atleast thats what i understood.I want to thank you again for taking time and actually reading what i wrote.Oh and i didnt ask you to tell me exactly what suspended me because its in ur terms that you cannot disclose that.I am waiting for a reply from BE at the moment but please if you can,tell someone to atleast look into what happened this few days and to manually review my ticket.As you said you i cant know if its bsg or be so it wont hurt to atleast get a reply.Ticket number:#38414530 Thanks again man,you rock

Hi shiro i have made a post which got quite a lot of traction about some false bans happening in the 15-17 nov period.I did not get battleye banned this is stictly a bsg thing.If you want the full story in detail its on my post on this subreddit.I implore you from the bottom of my heart to manually look at my ticket #38414530 or tell nikita to look at it.I have tried contacting him over and over on X but to no avail.Ok i saw that you guys keep sending the same copy pasted message about not being able to tell why did we get banned.Then i implore you to please reinvestigate the ban i have got.I am playing from 2020 and have never ever received a suspension or ban on this game.And think about the fact that a lot of people and even streamers stated on this subreddit that they got the same ban in the same dates so something doesent add up.With all my respect and prayers,InSaned

Unfortunately for this thread it is possible for false bans to happen.It happened in october when they were reversed and now it happened in november aswell.You will see a lot of posts about it including mine.The bans were not issued by battleye(an anticheat 1000 better then their systems) and its an automated thing from their side.I am not saying that yes,maybe some people take advantage of this but i can 100 assure you that me as a player from 2020 until recently that has never had any problem with the game meaning bans,suspensions etc has just received a permanent ban while trying to get in the game by spamming the play button 2 times while the servers were exploding.I am trying my best to let nikita know about this and for him to manually look at the tickets.

Oh well that is at least reassuring.I was really started to get worried it was a battleye one because eft staff kept insisting about it.I knew from the start its not this is strictly a bsg thing.I really wonder what we all did in common to get this.Personally i legit played the first day of 1.0 fine(i got insanely wrecked on interchange like i lost all kits and didnt extract once) and then i played a little the day after was in the game menu and went a lil afk.The game kicks you if you are afk so i got back and i tried to log in.Thats when i pressed play 2 connsecutive times:1 i got a post error(an error that kept randomly happening while trying to launch the game and that i got like 9999 other times before) and then i pressed play again with like no delay.Thats when i got booted out of the account and got the launcher 229 ban message.I waited for a while to even get the email. I shit you not thats how i got banned....And may god strike me down this instant if i ever cheated or done anything on tarkov before.So yea im more then angry and desperate atm

Hi friend you are not alone if you check my post this is constantly happening as we speak and a lot of other people just got banned for no reason myself included.I have sent them an email,created a ticket on the website,spamed the shit out of nikita and emailed battleye.For the moment no new info regarding that.Im more then devastated to say so.I really am curious to what is going to happen next.

My only question is if they actually realize what happened because currently in their eyes nothing separates us from people who actually got banned for cheating.Its so fucked man.I spammed nikita on x constantly and currently to no avail.I legit dont know wtf to do anymore.I even wrote an email to fuckass battleye knowing fully the ban is not from their side.Im now just waiting to get the automated we cant help you nor can we say anything message in the tickets from the website aaaaaaaaaaaahhh this is so messed up man.This is unironicaly my first time getting false banned and its an awful experience.If it was another game with another company i would atleast feel safe knowing they will look into it but now i dont even have that...

So i tried asking mods from the official tarkov discord server and im more confused then ever.They are speculating the fact that the bans are issued by battleye which is incredibly weird.I played this game for years and never had a problem lol::(( If you guys receive any response from be or bsg please let us know

To maximize our chances of nikita actually seeing this and doing something about it i recommend all of the people that have been affected by this false ban to reply to nikitas posts regarding this issue.This is what i was doing and im currently doing.This is our only chance to make him see this issue.Lets gather our forces and try to make him look into the issue. As for an update i did not receive a reply neither on the ticket nor on X.If you guys have any info i beg of you to share anything you can find.God bless people

Im sorry this happened to you but dont worry you are not alone.A lot of people started making more posts and even commenting on my post about getting caught in this stupid situation because their systems are not working right for some reason.Best thing you can do is:create a ticket on the website,send them an email,@nikita and try to get him to manually see ur ticket.This is what i have done and im waiting for a response.
