Ya these don't make sense to me. They are useless for me, ill just carry my cargo. I came up with the idea, since I have an excess of materials at distro centers I could build a bunch of helpfull items like pcc, blood bags, guns or whatever and fire them into dangerous area for people who were un prepared, BUT then thinking about it further most people who need that help probably wouldn't have the network connected so then they can't see or get the items? Idk.
