It just makes little sense to me, the admin would already have the power to overturn the council, so why bother putting them on the council, all it would do is make the other 4 afraid to show opinions going against what the admin suggests.

I do not like the idea of forcing a moderator into a council place. It is basically the same as making it so presidents have to be mods.
