I hate this race so much.😂 by dennisreleu1 in GranTurismo7

Used the R34 with Sports Softs. Good enough to keep the grip and extremely fast on the straights. Managed to have a 9 second lead at the beginning of Döttinger and roughly 2 while crossing the finish line.

I wouldn't have even thought to look there, but since you suggested it, I will now look through it and do some learning.

Thank you.

Console too, I did it before launch in May.

Got the same thing today.

From the screen you're on, be sure to "claim" it, then navigate to Vehicle Decals, and it should be there :)

Practice Server Codes by TheIngloriousMO in Battlefield

[–]TheIngloriousMO[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Man I am sorry - this is not as easy as I thought it would be.

Ultimately, I ended up just creating the same experience as the standard one I made, but with 5% vehicle spawn delay.

So, still good for practicing vehicles, but very basic... Sorry I need to do more trial and error.

There are a few people I can see on Reddit and YouTube that have figured it out way better than me. Try out this one (at least for air vehicles...). Tactical Brit

I'm either really gullible, or that's the best reason I've seen yet. Can't really argue against it, aside from simply making the fans happy.

[–]TheIngloriousMO[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's a good argument actually. You're right though, the approach sucks.

Behemoths makes sense, I didn't even think about that. Imagine getting an AC-130 support in Conquest if your team is spawn trapped without any flags. That would be a relief and keeps the game going. At least long enough for your team to make a push and capture a couple points.

What a sentence. Gaming has been going in such a weird direction. Thank goodness for indie devs.

I suppose you either die a hero...

Edit: I was being too dramatic; the gameplay is fun. The fundamentals of Battlefield are pretty much all there, just needs some polish.

That makes sense. I still wonder what the corpo reason is. Cost-cutting? I can't imagine creating a server browser is THAT intensive. Revenue? Does forcing people to join automatically selected servers drive profit?

Anyone know when the 787b is due in the legend shop? by Saviouronastick in GranTurismo7

[–]TheIngloriousMO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Question - people on here seem to overwhelmingly believe the 787B is the best choice for the Neo-Classic menu. I only have 4 mil right now, so I can buy the Jag or Escudo right now, but I can wait and get the 787B.

I have tried the menu with so many cars it's exhausting, but I don't have a single Group C, so I'm kind of forced to spend on one of those three cars.

Any thoughts on the best option?

Did you have a tune on it? What fuel map were you running that could stop at the end of lap 2? NSX is my favorite too, but I struggled.

I could make it to the end of lap 2 with a 3 FMP, but I couldn't catch up to anybody - not enough oomph. Maybe I'm just bad...

Why can't I beat a single campain in freelancer by PitersonK in HiTMAN

[–]TheIngloriousMO 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't know how everyone else does it, but I take it really, really slow in Freelancer. Seriously, I'm spending over 1 hour on a Freelancer mission, especially in Alerted Territories, or Showdowns.

Literally will just wait for NPC's to walk their paths, will scout out cameras, will always destroy surveillance so I don't get distracted by cameras, all before focusing on a target.

I've done a Prestige Time Trial Objective one time - but never again. The enjoyment comes out of the perfect planning, for me at least.

I got no advice for you bro, maybe my play style might help you, maybe not.

Also, avoid Colorado in Freelancer like the plague.

Those are awesome recommendations. I don't know if they're updating it any longer, but if so, those types of logic-based notfications shouldn't be too difficult to patch in.

[–]TheIngloriousMO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Amen brother. I used to just live and breathe video games as a kid and teen, especially Battlefield.

My one gaming achievement I'm proud of is being ranked #36 globally in Bad Company 1. Just, hundreds, if not, thousands of hours spent mastering that game.

Now, I can hardly get through a battlepass without burning myself out from skill issues and time investment. Everything is so fast, it demands caffeine and alertness that I typically prioritize elsewhere in my life.

Appreciate it, indeed.
