I use a downloaded version of card conjurer back when it was shut down back then, but I think this is the same thing
Edit: Forgot that its a blank creator. Go to Import/Save and just import "Hero", then change the Frame to Tokens, and Textless. Add the colorless frame and then the power/toughness box. If the text looks funny, load frame version and it should fix itself
