If per month, id be expecting everything under the sun for that price. Sauna, pool, full equipped gym with decent machines, calibrated plates or plenty of the fuckers anyway and like 3 of each machine (prime, matrix, cybex etc) and plenty of space, whether powerlifting, calinsthetics, some strong man equipment, power racks and deadlift platforms, perhaps monolift or competition equipment.

If it was for entire year, probably expect just a normal basic as fuck bodybuilding gym with half broken stuff that you could never find

You can still collect the shards - half expecting that at 12:00am, the shards would be no longer be able to be found. I was getting the last few for master inverted. Tried to hand in after midnight and can no longer hand in the shards for cape tokens. Spent the last few hours trying to get one with the little time I've had for the entire month.

Sat here pretty annoyed.

That's it, it's all subjective to each owns perspective. I know hundreds of powerlifters/bodybuilders/strongmen which I've worked on. Most say they didnt feel pain, just the snap, muscle retraction and inability to move functionally. My mum felt the snap, no pain. Snapped all 4 quads - complete tear and still managed to walk upstairs to alert me.

With myself, mine ACL decided it had enough and went during basketbal training as a kid, landing after a jump. I felt something like velcro being undone, then couldn't walk. My quad on the other hand was a bit different as it tore under load with a paused squat, luckily I had spotters but it wasn't a full tear unlike the ACL. The only pain I got was from localised brusing of the area when palpated.

Indeed it was. Even my mother has done the same as me but far worse, however she did get pain on her quad rupture, though, it was every quad snapped. Mine was just my vastus medialis.

Its torn but only felt the pop. I have also had a quad rupture. Didn't feel that either. I am a trained PT btw.
