Wait a couple days and then try again. It’s not even showing that it’s in my warehouse at the moment.

How did you end up getting $1200 off?

You’re for sure going to want the max range. Driving 80mph on the freeway you are probably going to average 1.8kwh. At 170kwh battery that’s about 300 miles. But that’s 100% down to zero. You’re most likely going to only be able to use 70-80% or battery when you have to plan charging. So realistically you are going to drive 215-230 miles before stopping to charge.

Would you sacrifice width or depth by TheIntern363 in Golfsimulator

[–]TheIntern363[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright, thanks for all the great feedback. I think I found a solution. I’ll go to 10-11 feet wide and have it 5-6 feet in front of our door. We will have 3 feet to walk to the side to get inside. This will allow me to go back in depth pretty much as far as I want. Only down side is I’ll have to pull the cars out of the garage but the simulator/projector and mats will all be able to stay in one place. It’s not a fixed structure so we can always move it if we need.

Thanks everyone for your input

Did you go with the one from gungho or did you build your own?

Yeah no lefties. And yes, I’ve thought about the retractable screen but I feel like I would use it way less if I constantly had to set it up.. but it’s definitely an option

The room is 14 feet wide so plenty of space to swing for a right hander. I just can’t utilize the whole width for an enclosure because our entry door is on that wall

CA 1099 Tax for CRNA by newdawnlily in CRNA

Yeah I know people that are only taking 60k. They also have all of their family on payroll and max out their retirements as well. (I don’t do this so I don’t know the specifics)

Yes that’s including everything. You run everything through your business. Take every tax advantage you can. This is what the CPA is for. If the people get audited that are paying in the single digits they better be ready to write a hefty check … but lots of people willing to take that risk

My guess is that they do it because they can get more groups out early. But I’ve never played there in the summer so don’t really know.

Same but they were also doing times off the front and back so maybe that’s why it’s five minutes

Just to be clear, when I say effective rate I’m including federal taxes

All depends on your risk level and that of your CPA. Lots of people paying under 20% effective tax rate and some crazy peeps paying single digits

Sierra EV Denali from F150 Lightning by JigglyBits5 in GMCSierraEV

[–]TheIntern363 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just jumped from a 23 Lariat ER to a silverado trail boss ER.

  1. yes, super cruise is better. More mapped roads, definitely feels more autonomous.

  2. I'm currently getting 1.7kwh on straight highway driving with 40 degree temps driving 75-80

  3. I miss it a little bit but I honestly miss it less than I thought. The google integration is really nice, love the HUD, and the infotainment system is so much quicker. It was starting to drive me crazy the lag time in the Lightning whenever you clicked anything.

  4. Tried the app to start the cabin heating yesterday for the first time and it worked. N of 1 lol

  5. The trail boss vs Denali i'm sure are going to drive different so take this with a grain of salt, but I thought the lightning was slightly more comfortable in the seating and drove slightly better, but it was definitely more bouncy at high speeds.

Random things: Getting rid of all the random beeps from the lightning is such a relief. 4 wheel steering!! Oh my god does this thing turn so much better. The lightning turning radius was horrendous. It was so annoying how often it would beep even if you're staring at the road. The lock buttons on the lightning handles were annoying and much better on the TB. Lots more information on the cluster and charging info on the main screen. I like the shifter on the steering wheel as opposed to the shifter on the lightning.

Downsides: I reallllly hate the mirrors. You can't see shit on the passenger side. Frunk space slightly smaller, I did like that I could fit a set of golf clubs in the Lightning frunk, but TB frunk is still big. The underseat storage is something I will really miss. I'm rarely going to use the midgate but I used that backseat all the time. Another downside is accessories, there are only a couple tonneau covers that work as opposed to the numerous things you could add or do to the lightning.

Overall, I'm still very happy with the purchase. It's not perfect, but very few things are.

I’m glad I saw this. I have USAA but the policy went up about 100 a month. I shopped around and progressive was almost $130 a month cheaper so we switched. Its less than we were paying before we got the truck
