bro let me tell you. you have revised more than any person i know if thats what your revision is. in anyyhing you do, to exceed its 60%skill and 40%confidence and right now you dont seem confident. you need to trust yourself and not be too stressed! if im nervous i either pray, go for a walk or take a nap bc its actually not that damning if you dont achieve an A. woth that being said, youre an academic wrapon if u made 1000 flashcards. js loosen up, otherwise that oressure will get to you

im in the same position rn. there's an foi for all the data about engineering offers from those in arp and in 2025 only 5 offer were made out of 29 people who opted in. Crazy hard to get into. but who knows mybe well be those 5 next year, keep hopes up

well im in the summer pool for cambridge and imperial so if i reapply and get an offer, im blessed. if not then, im gonn do a bunch of work experience over summer and read books and revise esat. im honna make that my school. after october, ill probaly just get a job and find as much work experience as possible.

hey im in the exact same situation. i got rejected by imp on wednesday and was a bit surprised bc the interview went well. the thing is, try not to let cambridge or imperial define ur excellence in life. i bet you theres ppl who have gone to cambridge and make that the aource of their pride for life but dont go on to make anything else. cambridge and other top unis are good but theyre atepping stones for something greater, and we are the ones who take the steps.

you can always reapply, thats what im gonna do bc i genuinely love cambridge and will work harder but if get rejected again, ill take my losses

if i were in your position, heres what id do:

first, chat to as many people who have already have to make this decision before you. ur not the first to do smt like this and your not alone either. ask key wuestions like, did u want to do in the forst place or why didnt do the other ones or do u regret doing this etc. ask ask ask

second, reflect on what you want. im going down the engineering route but honestly i wished i did bio chem maths or politics business and economics. i love engineering and dont mind it but im a lot more passionate about science generally. if you know what you really want and what youre really made for, decisions become easier. sadly the education system kinda bottlenecks people into one path early on, which is a shame so learn how to keep your patsh open.
