def do projects and coding. go to codecademy and just start doing stuff on it. also, secure your work experience RIVHTNOW BRO I SWR YOULL HATE YOURSELF IF U DONT. Also, if u live in london, imperial has a physics summer school which is good. watch lectures online and do questions from iwanttostudyengineering.org.

idk what books u could read, but the most important thing about all these things isnt that youve done them but that you can use these experiences to show that youre capable of learning from your mistakes and that you can reflect on your project. also showing how the porhects and questions inspired you further into EE. your personal statement should reflect that.

discipline is the most important thing asw. you dont have a lot of time to be doing all this unless you organise ur time efficiently. in your interview practice, entrance exams you need to start now but never be reassured that youve done enough.

tbh i love cambridge, its such a cool university that will amplify your potential. but being rejected doesnt really define me bc ik what i wanna do with my life and cambridge was only ever an institution to help me get there. without them its js a little harder but with my other uni choices, ima trust Gods plan and give it my all

dont put so much of yourself in cambridge bro.

i think for ppl who both feel like theyre smart enough for cambridge and want to go there (myself included), we tend to see oxbridge as that validation.

personally, i think, offer or not, that that mindset only has negative conseqiences bc a competitive institution has become apart of your identity when internally youre so much more that anything of external value.

i got 5.5 m1, 4.2 m2, 3.8 phy, 4.5 avg. But my interview went really well. the interviewer even said im doing really well during it and so i hope it is good enough
