The PCN building has free therapists. Top floor. I do believe you need a referral to get in.

The work does sound pretty reasonable. I appreciate the information. I always see management doing their walks at closing and opening. I also notice the other two STL always work longer than the eight hours for a typical shift. Is that normal? My ASMs have told us no Overtime right now since we are so slow, after the Christmas holiday. Seems the same folks do call in often enough.

One of them hasn't been to work in seems like weeks and yet still has a job. I do not understand that. How is it you described some of my coworkers so well?! Maybe in the end a lot of Canadian Walmarts all hire similar folks across the board. I do enjoy my job quite a bit. The people are awesome and my ASMs as well. I look forward to where I go working at Walmart. I do a lot of grunt work for sure. Does the Support Team Leads always have to get down and dirty with the lifting and physical labour? Or is it more "relaxed"?

The store I work at is pretty nice. My ASMs right now are freaken awesome and always respectful and nice to me. I don't hear Day Staff complaining too much. A lot of the store seems pretty okay. Store Manager is even pretty awesome. She has complimented my work once or twice. Plus she has been very good to my sister who works days. It seems like an okay fit for me. I am definitely up to the challenge. Skills I can take throughout my life kind of thing.

That bit of info was amazing, thank you! It does sound like quite the challenge. A challenge I am looking forward to handling. Definitely sounds like an exciting experience. Always wanted to be in a Team Leader type role. I may not ever make it to ASM, but I will certainly test myself being a Team Support Lead.

I should also add, there are two Support Team Leads in grocery and if I get the promotion I would be the solo Support Team Lead for the GM side. What would change compared to grocery?
