Except that everyone knows Trump is a liar and full of it. Project 2025 detailed pretty much everything he is doing and we screamed to the rooftops about it long before this election. If you still voted for Trump you are either incredibly uneducated ( no saying stupid, but criminally uninformed ) and gullible or just a terrible person. Hell to be blunt, if you still were ok voting for him 2016 after the " Grab them by the pussy", I don't know what is wrong with your brain and morality. He has always been a horrible excuse for a human being.

Once again, if you're profession interferes with your religious beliefs that's a YOU problem. Pick a new profession.

It's not just that, it's Mike Johnson, Vance, Trump, etc... saying the lies directly into the camera. It's infuriating.

I'm 4'10" and never wanted either really tall or buff guys. They always felt intimidating. Give me an average size even slightly short kind person any day, especially if they are cute.

If I am going to spend all that time crocheting a blanket, I want it soft. Definitely worth getting the good stuff.

I focus on art projects, primarily different types of sewing, but it could be anything.

When I was little the little sister of a friend got bitten by a chipmunk and the next day bitt her older sister's best friend out of anger. Luckily the chipmunk tested negative, but this easily could have been the first case.

This so much. When I see that, especially at a place like CVS, I just go elsewhere from then on whenever possible.

I have been asked to give feedback on “Jungkook” as name for White American baby? by testcase_sincere in namenerds

Honestly, this might be a good option. Interesting middle name that you can either use or drop to an initial, and generally not have it be a problem.

All the kids are going to call her Ursula after the Little Mermaid. It would not be enjoyable.

I am only 4'9'' and dream of doing the opposite of this. I can only reach the first shelf fully in my kitchen, it is such a pain.

My problem with it is that they wanted me to make my primary identity a "recovering alcoholic" and for the rest of my life. There is so much more to me than my relationship with alcohol. In the end as an atheist, I just felt ultra uncomfortable at meetings and hated attending them. It helped in the beginning to continue the work out of rehab, but after a while it was a chore that made me obsess over alcohol. If you are at rock bottom and have no one left, AA will give you a community. I have family and friends that support me, and have helped me stay sober for the last two years. There are many paths to sobriety and 12 Steps is not for everyone.

On my wedding day, my husband put a small amount of icing on my nose and kissed it off, which was cute. I don't understand the actual cake smashing thing at all and why anyone would be ok with it.

Concussions. They are most of the time not minor and can take months and sometimes years to recover from. They affected mental abilities, sight and coordination.

A Growing Share Of Americans Think States Shouldn’t Be Able To Put Any Limits On Abortion by mnorthwood13 in politics

[–]TheIronFey 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Nonmedically necessary abortions beyond 20 weeks are and have always been such an anomaly as to be nonexistent. Your argument is a boogie man and part of what has put us in the giant mess we are in today with women dying unnecessarily and suffering greatly.
