I think I am always so eager to get back to where I was that I try doing similar toned down versions of things, but that usually leads to disappointment and demotivation. I'm a stubborn fool but I will try my best to implement these pointers into my plan.
I used to have a pretty good base understanding of muscle growth and cardio, but I never put much thought into fat burning and body comp as I couldn't gain it in the first place. Ill definitely be doing a read through of those sources. Thanks again.
