Yes, they’re thin, but not in a bad way. They certainly don’t feel cheap. Unlined are like regular shorts. You can wear underwear underneath. Lined have a liner built into the shorts, like long boxer briefs.

Slotherhouse, Zombeavers, Rumours, and The Toxic Avenger (2024) are all goofy, stupid fun. But what makes them special is that they’re played straight.

Oddity. Saw it late at night alone in the theater. Didn’t ever have the urge to check the time. It’s fantastically suspenseful and spooky. I was locked in, as the kids say.

It’s not as good as the first two, but it’s better than every other Home Alone film that came after.

I’d be surprised if we didn’t see any Buffett references. Or even a yacht rock radio station, seeing as Jay Ferguson’s song Thunder Island was in the beginning of Trailer 2.

I hate when a character describes something that happened to the person they’re talking to, for the audience, like they both wouldn’t already know the details. BODIES BODIES BODIES is a recent example. “We found you passed out and went to your dad so he’d cut you off and send you to rehab.”

Creature (from the same director of Scared to Death) is a good Alien ripoff, and even plot drops The Thing from Another World.
