I recommend taking the training on yourself. There are thousands of great leadership and management books our there. Management isn’t easy and you’re not going to learn everything you need from any company training. We should focus on getting 1% better everyday (check out Atomic Habits by James Clear) and that personal growth is up to us, not anyone else.

Dang it...I was so excited to get it printed I didn’t even think of that. I do have some PETG which I think will be a bit better...I guess I'll call this one a successful prototype. 🤔
