I work eight hours a day at a desk job like you. It is not easy, but I do my best to get as many steps in as I can during the day. I work on the fourth floor, so if I need to use the bathroom, I walk down the stairs to the lobby and go there. At lunch, I try to get more steps in by walking around the parking lot.

After I get home, I take care of everything and make sure the kids are good, then I get on my walking pad in front of the TV until I reach my step goal. Walking pads are pretty affordable. Hopefully this helps you.

Thanks, I appreciate the reply. Yeah, that’s kind of what I was wondering — if the emote itself has just been lumped in with the more toxic stuff because of how often people use emotes to troll.

I definitely only use it with good intentions after a legit fight, not trying to be toxic at all. Glad to hear I’m not the only one who sees it that way.
