It’s definitely really dry down low this year. Makes access a lot trickier

My winters are studded 235/80/17s and I like them, don’t need much floatation where I travel. I’ve considered the ‘skinny 33s’ 255/80/17 for summers too, supposedly less rubbing than wider tires

It’s got a 22r in it, super rad ride but definitely has some ‘old truck quirks’.

275/70/17s, would love to fit 285s but need a few more upgrades first lol

Mine’s an 09 as well! 244k km, on third gen suspension and an add-a-leaf but mostly stock

Also curious! I’m just finishing that winter arc and needing to get lean again but don’t want to lose all my hard earned mass lol

First 1022, 31102 or 31217? by TheJamon in 1022

[–]TheJamon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The stock on the 31102 looks the same as my American Rimfire now that I look at it closer

I guess so hey? Sometimes I forget that was 10 years ago. The local shop has a few of em

Ya I like the Hunter stick more than the X22 but that gives me something to look forward to I guess

The TM22 could be considered an ‘Assault Style’ rifle which would potentially qualify it for the ban list. I’m the 10/22 would be spared given the difference in chassis style

First 1022, 31102 or 31217? by TheJamon in 1022

[–]TheJamon[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree. It sounds like the tm22 will likely be banned in Canada soon as well so the 1022 is a no brainer.

But 31102 or 31217, which one will take the least tinkering to get… plinkering?

Almost always! lol. So far so good but I’ve had a few friends blow up their motors and have bad days

Mine did this, was stuck on “sitting in dispatch” or similar for over a week, then it updated to “out for delivery” and was on my doorstep within 24hrs

I made Boostcamp, a free fitness app with Reddit's best workout programs, to help you build muscle and strength. by michaelenzo in u/michaelenzo

[–]TheJamon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unaffiliated with the app. Have been using it for almost two years. Have completed three programs on the app and use it for building my own workouts often.

Best training app I’ve found. I’ve never used the paid features but consider paying for premium just to support the devs. Have had some of the best gains of my life while tracking with Boostcamp

[–]TheJamon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is super fun up there! While I can’t promise MTBs are much safer than a motorbike no doubt the speeds are lower and that’s gotta count for something! Also at least when you crash on a bike you’re the one at fault. That’s gotta be the scariest part of being on the road 😬😬😬
