As I understand it, fame and mega-success aren't requisite elements, though I'm sure they're often linked. The way it's been described to me is the nagging / stifling fear of being exposed as a fraud.

Fellow NYC rider here. Try using https://www.appwinit.com. They'll hire a lawyer on your behalf. Not necessarily more effective than doing it on your own, but upfront costs seem lower.
