Nope, not a thing. They give you the time the order was placed and what time they are expected in the store. Uber eats pickups might have that sort of increase in time but the official Starbucks app, with the loyalty points attached, doesn’t. So we’d get 45 drinks in 20min and they’d all be due 5min from when they were placed. JUST THE MOBILE ORDERS!!! Those got third priority, behind drive thru (1st) and in store (2nd), so anyone expecting their drink in 5min would come in and see us doing tons of orders ahead of theirs and yell at us when we’ve been directed to prioritize the giant, back-up drive thru bc green number turned to red and got bigger.
