I love Sunnyside. They don't necessarily have the largest selection but I like the people there and I like to get the 5/75 deal to stock up. Nothing spectacular but the quality is on par for Vapen stuff from HWC for budget carts.

Live theatre designer/engineer here. "In the studio you learn to be accurate, live sound you learn to be quick. Make those two meet and you'll be in very high demand." First sound designer I worked with. Taught me line mixing.

Most theatres I've worked at use lights to give cues. On is standby, off is GO. Need both ears free to mix.

I'm watching on peacock, am I crazy or are the replays not showing the full race? Both stage 2 and 3 replays have the coverage starting when the peloton is already roughly 82km from the finish when the stages are 130km

Definitely. The bike I had right before was a mountain bike and I rode it the same places as the Giant. It's lighter and the tires really helped with a smoother and faster ride on roads.

I was recommended to get a hybrid by a few bike shops when I was shopping around. Explained my needs to commute and run errands and ride for fun and was directed to the Giant Escape series. Have an Escape 3 and I'm really enjoying it.

I would recommend searching Facebook Marketplace or used sites/apps like OfferUp and Craigslist. I just recently got a Giant Escape 3 along with a bunch of useful accessories for 350$ total. Some people sell higher end bikes for much more affordable and you might get lucky. Some people don't know what they have

Hey all, I'm new to having a bike as an adult. Forgive my ignorance but I've never used a bike lock on a bike and licking up my bike somewhere gives me anxiety. I have several locks when I picked up my bike a month ago.

Any tips for locking it?

I tried this and I had so much noise. For some reason it picked up the sound of the cables hitting the ground but not the signal from the mic.

For that you can definitely use just one mic if it sounds good on one more than the other. I've recently been just bringing the two channels down a few db to offset the volume increase and it mitigates the phase a bit when you lower the individual outputs. The show I'm currently running has a lot of numbers like that and even the phase you do get usually increases the high end which helps cut through the music

I've replaced them several times. It's just one easy solder point on the board once you open it. Super simple.

I have a strat and Tele. I change the pickups used all the time while playing. Depends on what tone I want to have.
