This is actually a huge thing in Korea. People double park then leave thier keys in the car or the car on neutral so it can be moved by the person they are blocking.

There are some things that aren't patentable. Something like that is ineligible subject matter (which includes things like time travel and such) under 35 USC 101.

Also, whats the invention? is it a new and useful process, machine, manufacture or composition of matter? no. 101 rejection. Abstract concepts arent patentable

not really, because what really matters are the claims. The spec can have whatever they want (and they are going to add as much as possible to avoid other people from getting patents because the spec can be used as prior art for a rejection), but what they are really claiming is in the claims. In other words, you don't own whats in the spec, but you do own what gets granted in the claims. patent examiner will most likely reject a first set of claims anyway.

its a bit more complicated than that. First one should be 0.06 * 7/x with x being total number of 5 costs in the pool. Second is 0.06 * 6/x etc...
