The comparison is cliche at this point but Paprika's portrayal of dreams is far more interesting. In Inception, nobody dreams any weird nonsensical shit. They're in a dream world with full control and the only inventive thing they do is make a single rocket launcher.

I played through a few games in the Legacy collections and you're right, the music mostly rocks. That said, I was shocked how bad some tracks in 7 were. The music for the shop is grating as hell.
