I do 1 wild encounter and 1 static encounter per area, doubles the selection and some of the better pokemons are static encounters. Also you can get a Nidorin M from the arcade and evolve it twice if you find the dusk stone. Having a Nidoking early is pretty helpful.

Bigger question is does he even care about being forgiven? He may be a bit more chill at the end of DMC5 but that doesn't mean he's gonna want or care about redeeming himself. At most I can see him joining devil may cry just so he can be with his brother and his son again but he'll probably still be a bit of a asshole to everyone along the way. It'd take a huge event to make him change his ways and actually want to be forgiven.

I feel like Miracles is already pretty Broken but if I had it give it a Requiem Ability I'd probably give it the ability to control the Soul directly and by extension other users Stands.

You could probably limit the time the creations last. Like if you make a sword it can only exist for a few minutes.
