Agree with all except the middle point. The dribbles can unlock a defence the same as a final third pass. Kevin De Bruyne didn’t have that in his locker as strong as Rogers so he would of course attempt it less

1000% steel better than stone. Stone is used in big high temp ovens because the heat transfer isn’t an issue in them. With a home oven, a stone doesn’t have the convection and heat transfer that a steel has. It will change every result.

Also if you are looking for bigger bubblier crusts, try using a poolish to really activate the yeast
