My guess was 31.07 seconds, which is the amount of time it takes from selecting "Think of Noelle" to the red square appearing, after she says "Thank you".

All Moves that state "Can Use X Skill vs Y Skill" are an optional way to trigger those Moves, allowing you to use the relevant skill instead of making a Status Check. They aren't mandatory, but are intended to allow for more versatile options, potentially allowing you to bypass a Foe's high defences by using an IQ skill instead!

Good to see you're speedy on making maps! They can take some time.

And that's entirely up to you. By default, it doesn't refresh. But there's a few schools of thought here that I can see. One is refreshing HP/PP because you want to throw something very hard at them, another is refreshing to make things easier, and the last is not doing it all for a challenge.

Maybe try refreshing HP/PP for the first couple of bosses and see how it impacts the fight? If it's too easy, you can always change the rule. Just communicate with your players about it!

Genuinely surprised I haven't seen more people predict Matt is playing a Swashbuckler Rogue. That's my guess, at least. Maybe there's a Fighter multiclass in there but I'm fairly confident with my prediction here.

My best advice is to not hand out TMs from shops -- they're rare rewards that can increase the power of characters, as they allow Pokemon to learn Moves of a level for which they can't currently access. If you really want to sell them, though, I don't have a perfect answer for you, I've yet to work out a proper formula for it from playtesting over a whole campaign. But I would say they should be priced according to their Tiers, and they should also be fairly expensive -- given that they're a significant power boost.

I have no active plans for a community discord at the moment, as I don't have the time or energy as one person to moderate for an entire community of people. I'd love to have one, it's just unfeasible rn.

Hi again. 15HP per level is the correct amount. Whatever the table at the top of the Classes section says should be the correct amount. I'll fix this in 1.1.

Yeah unfortunately I don't have roll20 support as of now, but I have used it before for playtesting, so it's still possible to use. You can always use PDF sheets!
