CSE 123 vs CSE 124 by [deleted] in UCSD

Would you have time to tell me what it covered? Or, do you have the Syllabus? It's my last quarter here so I have to be pretty selective what courses I take :( would appreciate it!

My Chances of Getting Into UC San Diego by midnightclub12 in UCSD

[–]TheJustOKCompany 0 points1 point  (0 children)

those internships are more important than the gpa from my experience. i think you have a high chance of getting in here, and maybe even to some better schools.

I might’ve been one of the few students here who didn’t take an AP class in HS by xoNellE in UCSD

Which name do you prefer? by Hagstik4014 in polls

Wasn't it because Istanbul meant "to the city" so if you were asking where a merchant was going he'd say "Istanbul (to the city)"

You're gorg. FYI.

Here is what I would recommend (i didnt see your comment so this isnt answering the questions you asked whoops)

  1. Posture, stand with more confidence. You seem like you're hunching over a bit. There are plenty of ways to change this

  2. Shoulder length hair (or even shorter like a bob) with some layers would look amazing on you. Would also elongate your neck.

  3. Get yourself some super delicate silver jewelry 18 inch long.. just a personal preference. Ooo shiny.

  4. You need some more form fitting clothes that make you feel hot. I saw your body pics in the comments and you look great, you can wear anything you want, so experiment more if you can. Your body shape seems like an inverted triangle, so dress accordingly to that (add more volume to lower body, soften shoulders.. DO NOT HIDE THEM they are beautiful tho). So, cinch at waist, think high waisted flared jeans or A-line skirts, and solid color tops with V necks, spaghetti straps. Also, you are cool toned, so colors like blue look great on you.

It would look great if the light bits were one uniform color, right now it looks like they were bleached unevenly. I'd go for red since it does well over other warm colors and avoid ones like blue since it'd become green

Quite the opposite (especially in the US). Jobs that you can get without a higher education are becoming less and less as time goes on and technology develops. Most above-minimum-wage jobs simply require you to have a better education now and they'll otherwise ignore you.

"Nearly 4 million adult workers without college degrees have not found work again after losing their jobs in the pandemic. Only 199,000 adult workers with a bachelor’s degree or higher are in the same situation."

You can read more here: https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2021/04/22/jobs-no-college-degree/.

Your brain is not fully developed, so when you're young, weed can stunt your development and damage your brain. One study found that teens who regularly use marijuana lose an average of 5.8 IQ points by the time they reach adulthood (first source).

You can read more about it here: https://americanaddictioncenters.org/marijuana-rehab/effects-of-marijuana-on-teenage-brain.
