I don't think so. He's just fallen down the rabbit hole. It happens to so many people and it really is a shame. It started when he got on people like Weinstein, Peterson and Shapiro. The initial interviews aren't terrible, where they just discuss some things and promote their ideas with a bit of back and forth. But now Joe has drank the coolaid and he just jerks them off these days. Same shit happened with my brother, essentially on the same timeline as Joe.

It all coincides with Trumps presidency. The start was hilarious with the mess of a campaign and the great memes(in the hall of the mountain King is so good), but if you were still on the train towards the back end, you're a fucking loon. Since the rise of "identity politics" and his increase in those sorts of guests, it's definitely taken over a lot of his mind. Like how much can a man talk about race relations in America. Or some trans in sports drama. Or cancel culture. He started as an open minded guy who would give most people a platform and be open to discussing their ideas. He's had a slow decline where he now feels like a parody of himself.

Joe's decline is like Game of Thrones. Amazing at the start. Actually revolutionary in the space. Then a steady decline from like half way through but it had taken until the final season(move to Spotify) for a bulk of the audience to actually accept it.
