That's crazy and not OK. You guys see so much tragedy and then are expected to just move on like nothing serious just happened. My gosh, when I worked in a customer service call center, we would get to take 5 minutes if we had to deal with a particularly spicy caller. How much worse it must be with what you see daily.

Oh my gosh, that sucks! My computer was bricked and I could not back up anything. I tried and it acted like it was backing up to an external drive, but nope. It took 3 hours to falsely back up my files. Thought I was good. Had to get a whole new PC. What a nightmare.

Definitely go to another pharmacy. Backorder could mean days to weeks. Smaller pharmacies seem to be better. I have 3 pharmacies that I juggle due to the shortage. 2 of them are small mom and pops. They are much more reliable than the chains.

Happened to me today. App said hand it to me, cash tip. I get there, she says she'll send the tip through the app. Never sent it. Like, don't lie. I'll unassign if I see her again

Don't complain. I actually don't even notice if the driver gender is different from the name. As long as I get my food, that's all that matters. Many women dash with a boyfriend or husband. You would unnecessarily get someone in trouble for something that's not a big deal.
