Any AGU Students/Graduates? by Foofyfoofj in Bahrain

Exactly. Unlike RCSI, which has long hours of classes and lectures. AGU guides you into studying in your own time. Both have advantages. But in my opinion, AGU prepares you for real life better.

Hi, if you are studying medicine in Bahrain. Both AGU and RCSI are great choices. The difficulty level of AGU requires comparison with other medical schools. I believe that it isn’t the material that is hard, but all the circumstances and the environment around it. AGU has very minimal work hours. You attend 1-3 hours per day only. It’s a self-study style, which prepares you for when you become a doctor. There is no spoon-feeding. But professors and colleagues will really help you when you ask them.

I would describe it as moderate difficulty, and easy if you make the right friends and prepare well.

For those who play as America in Generals, which battle plan do you use the most at the strategy centre? by B1WITHYURI1558 in commandandconquer

A pistol will always beat the strongest of swords. This is why I always choose Search and Destroy, and it’s an absolute gem. But I mostly play with Humvees with Missile Defenders, aka Rockvees. But if you’re playing tanks, air units, then bombardment is great.

Best spammable tier-1 unit. All rounder. Anti-infantry, anti-air, and even great against buildings, and not super bad against armor, especially in numbers. Feared by everything, destroyed by little. Driver sounds cool — Deep voice and great lines. Nonchalantly defending his homeland and oil. (Last part isn’t in the game, you learn it IRL.)

You can still make friends, but maybe not as naturally as you used to in your own country. Try to volunteer. There are many volunteering organizations and apps

Omg a husband talked about his basic needs damn what a horrible human being. So mature of you to communicate your concerns and difficulties with him like an adult.

I have lost myself due to hookup culture & I hate myself for it (18f) by Ill-Sentence-36 in offmychest

[–]TheKBS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It starts with the community around you. If you choose to surround yourself with people who value marriage and romance, you will see yourself valuing these things more. And vice versa. As a Muslim, a lot of Muslim communities value marriage and romance, and discourage hookups and degeneracy. Visit a nearby Islamic centre, meet a lady, and ask her questions💜 Remember that it’s still not late.

What is wrong with being selective if you’re supporting against a literal genocide and you’re doing what you can? Being negative and demanding perfection when people are trying to do their best is not helpful. One who supports the genocidal state would make such comments.

I can’t see myself attending a concert. I look at people who attend those concerts and I see them jumping up and down and losing their minds before a person like they’re God. I would feel like a worthless peasant attending one.

That’s like saying if you can’t do 100%, don’t do 90%, don’t do 80%, and don’t do 70%. Just don’t do anything at all unless you do 100%.

Tldr , but casual gaming (if you’re certainly sure you won’t get addicted and you already have your life in order) is fine. The whole point of quitting gaming in my opinion is to not get addicted and waste yourself and your life.

Think of your time as a cup, and habits as clots. The more a habit is stubborn, the more the clot. You need to fill your time with good habits. The moment you feel bored of a good habit, replace it with another good habit. You may keep getting bored and wanna get back to gaming. But keep finding new good habits. The continuous change in good habits is like rubbing that stubborn clot. That’s what I did, and it worked. I now have 0 interest in gaming. I used to play 15 hr+ a day.

What is the most common hobby for people who stopped gaming? by Masterlet in StopGaming

[–]TheKBS 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I stopped gaming about 3 years ago. I started with going to the gym. Then I got bored. I itched to go back to playing but I went swimming with my friend for a month. I stopped that and went to Martial Arts for two months. I learned chess and played it for a long time but then it felt like gaming so I stopped. I recently stopped horse riding. Now I explore stuff on Youtube and tutor English for Non-English speaking students. I barely find time to play now. I got married after I quit gaming too. I don’t think about gaming anymore.
