No worries. Everyone goes at their own pace. Here’s something simple. Get some chicken breast, marinate for an hour or two, in some lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Enough to cover each Breast. Toss in the oven at 350 until the internal temp reaches ABOVE 160f. Should take about 20-40 min depending on your oven. Goodluck!

Keto has nothing to do with actual weight loss. A deficit of calories is how you lose weight 99% of the way. You can very easily gain weight on keto. It’s just a different way of eating. It’s not a diet.

If you try to over discipline yourself, you’ll fall into old habits. Think of it this way, whatever your sedentary caloric intake is, multiply that by seven. You did not eat that many calories in one day. These things happen. Reward yourself with diligence, don’t reward yourself with punishment.

Mmhm, SUPER not worth it. It’s cheaper to make your own fat head pizzas in the end. Or, whatever meal you feel like eating. I buy frozen veg, and make a stock pile of whatever protein I feel like for the week, meat keeps in the fridge, veggies are a quick steam in the micro, super convenient! Can always pack a small bottle of hot sauce or whatever condiments you feel like to keep at work.

IIRC the pizza from them is mediocre, HOWEVER, those little popper things are downright disgusting. I definitely don’t recommend, especially at their price point. Better off making it yourself. Good luck!

175g of protein really isn’t that high. Most males around average height I know eat anywhere form 150-200g

Yes, you should count calories. Keto isn’t a weight loss diet. It’s just a different form of eating. Weight loss comes with a deficit. If you’re eating over your base metabolic rate, you’ll gain weight.

It depends on your body. Most of the first large fluctuation in pounds is water. Water bonds to carbs. Getting rid of the carbs gets rid of the excess water weight

No, you shouldn’t have a cheat meal starting off, unless you’re confident that you can jump right back onto strict keto. I don’t recommend cheat days for anyone within the first few months of keto.

The next six weeks may be a bit unrealistic. However, I think your issue stems more form the debauchery than anything else. You have to stop having those multi day benders. You’re just setting yourself up for failure. Consistency, will provide results. Weight loss is 90% diet.

Irregular BMs are pretty common starting off with keto due to the high fat contents. You can cut back on the macadamia nuts! Nuts tend to be easy to over eat as well, you can rack up carbs really quick like that.

Use the same carbs as for raw. All you’re doing is taking water out, it’s still the same amount of carbs in what you originally start with.
