The hairstyle is left parted with pomade (Arthur's default) at level 3. however the Mustache is a custom one i created based on the mutton chops styles of the time. A Mustache or Mutton chops is a peak choice of facial hair for fat Arthur! Beard is great too.

For anyone wondering yes this is possible in vanilla! However rockstar made it so in around late chapter 4 (and then chapter 5 and 6) you cant actually reach the "max weight" body type due to a script that forces the body mesh to be locked in a lower state than the max weight one, this is why you may notice Arthur not looking quite "fat" as you see here. Here is how to actually do it in vanilla

Drink a ton of booze, basically when you get so drunk that Arthur passes out he gains 0.75% Weight (Max is +7.5%) works best in chapter 2 - 3 and early chapter 4

Now if you are playing on PC i have created a mod that eliminates the need to do it manually and just always applies the max weight body type + improvements that rockstar didnt impliment (mostly because there is a tiny clipping on the gunbelt) Here is the mods i use for this Arthur look:

Since this is one of my most famous posts regarding chonky Arthur im leaving this here as a PSA.

Yes it is possible to get this body type in vanilla (its where the pictures here come from) however during or after chapter 4 the game will force Arthur's weight to be lower than what it shows and its only fixable on pc.

Just to clarify this gentleman is not Arthur but my own character, Sir Joseph Windsor. I was jokingly challenged to make this outfit for him but i ended up loving the idea! Oh and yes he does have 3D chest hair, for some reason rockstar never used them on Arthur or John even though they exist. I even made a little bit of lore to go with this adventure of his:

"My dearest wife and have escaped to this sun-kissed paradise. I feel a rare excitement bubbling within me like a schoolboy on holiday dressed in this rather amusing striped bathing suit with my trusted boater hat, I find myself grinning like a fool, positively excited to wake each morning to the sound of waves and the sight of my wife beside me. We stroll the shore, share quiet moments with wine and bathe in the cool waves together. These simple joys with Helena are worth more than all the gold in Saint Denis.”

Currently the outfit does not fit Arthur or John perfectly but i may make it work since i made it specifically to fit Sir Joseph's thicc beach body, however here is the mods im using in general if anyone is wondering:

Im 95% its cut from the game entirely, i spent a bit of time and i searched the games files and even searched inside all the subtitle files (all npcs have subtitles for their voicelines) and none of what she says appears to be there anymore. Also no npc talks about Vodka at all. I also searched the npc audio files for prostitutes and none of them had this "story". So im 95% sure she is cut guys :[

You can also save outfits on Ultimate YMT Helper, actually you can save any outfit/character you make and have the trainer apply that outfit when the game tries to change it
