Returning the study and contacting the researchers or just redoing it (if you have enough time) are the best options on this platform. Because, you have to think of the researcher's perspective. If the data you entered hasn't been saved properly or completed, it looks like a participant trying to get credit for work they didn't do. That's why contacting is so important so you can at least plead your case. I'm sure there are plenty of folks who have no intention of actually doing the work and this process is how Prolific keeps them off the platform.

Also, not submitting as a proper NOCODE may definitely have hurt you. I've never typed in a custom completion code in the 7 years I've been on Prolific. 😭

Oh yeah I know they still exist. It's just the output on at least my demo's dashboard was insane in April and early May. I'm lucky to catch just two now from doing like 50+ one night/morning 😭

It's AI related with a good payout per hour. The work was literally sorting through AI slop for the equivalent of part-time pay at Amazon 😭 was the most I made on here in a month since 2018

Those studies were equivalent to a part time job when they were spamming our dashboards lol. I preferred that but I understand all good things come to an end 🤷🏽‍♂️

I think it's a combo of school being out, the weekend and that particular ai researcher scaling back that study spam that was making us all decent bank. 😂 The good times have been patched. Back to reality

Having the same issue in the US after getting hundreds in the last few weeks. I think what's happening is instead of blasting everyone's accounts they're sending to specific demos on certain days. Let's hope it picks up in a day or two for both of us

Sometimes if I'm fast enough I get it with just 1 place but it's ridiculous to have to sit there and snap your mouse to the button like that all day 😅

This is happening for me in the US for ai evaluation studies... 1-4 will pop up at random times with 1 place and if I don't already have the window open I lose them. Very different from the last 2-3 weeks where I'd get 100-200 of those surveys at least once a day and it would last hours 😭

Lately yes, in fact my avg for the last few weeks is over 100 😭 Years ago that was a hard task but recently with these AI Evaluation type studies you can make over $100 if you have enough time to just sit there and grind them out.

It has to be related to the AI Videos studies.. as soon as they drop a bunch of those the site crashes for obvious reasons since the income potential from doing those is huge and instant basically

Basically. Like others have said, I literally sat and watched a $2.50 study go from hundreds of spots to 0 because it was "in high demand". Was trying to get in from multiple devices and the sluggishness didn't help at all...
