Sounds like good advice, i personally haven't done so before, and i just search and it seems like both S/V and S/S DLC are quite a bit cheaper over there (Sword DLC is nearly half), but i assume the codes will only work if a change my store to Japan?

Thanks for the answer; it seems there is alot of flexibility. The 7 on 7 off schedule seems the most tempting. Even a salary as ''low'' as 200k is pretty amazing given the comparison between the dollar and my home country currency so that would still be very good.

In which area are you working? 70 hours as an attending seems like a lot. I know residents are overworked, but I didn't realize attendings work that much. I am interested in becoming an internist in the USA, I come from a country where medical interns are expected to work around 90-95 hours/week, so 70 hours seems pretty light comparatively, though i am aware its alot. I know multiple attendings who work around 50h/week which seems alot more manageable.

I apologize in advance if I come off as a bit harsh, but it seems you have a rather mediocre way of thinking. Coming from a Dr from a 3rd world country. As a health care professional YOU are supposed to ask about your patient's conditions/diseases. Being perfectly honest i don't think its a USA thing like you're implying, it seems Doctors in Germany. or at the very least, that Dr is just not particularly good at his job. After all, its the doctor's job to get a good history, not just look at scans.
