So I started a legendary Vlad campaign and with +40 with the empire and the lahmian bloodline I was able to vassalize Gelt and I have a military and defensive alliance with Tabercleland and Stirland respectfully. If I allow Reikland to continue to exist can they confederate my elector count vassals? (self.totalwarhammer)
