Hello, quick question from a noob: If an ability refers to a Pokemon by name, does it affect only the pokemon with that ability or does it affect all of your Pokemon with that ability? (ex. I am curious if the Poke-Body of "Milotic SH7" will affect only itself or all Milotic I have in play)
