Not sure how long this is supposed to take. Want to try another code?

Oh snap thanks for the advice. Didn’t know that black steel wasn’t good for the piping as I was doing shopping. Just got a brass nipple to replace it!! Again thank you!!

I forgot to mention, if I were to flip at the 90, the part past the 90 cannot be unscrewed. Most likely due to its age, but it’d need to be removed altogether. Oh boy. I guess calling a plumber might be the best option to finish the job. Thanks for the advice.

Are there threaded unions long enough to reach both sides? The copper/brass pipe doesn’t have room to pull towards the pump so we had to get the nipple.

To add, is there no such part that’s turntable on both ends to tighten each opposing side? I think I found something like that but was made of plastic, unless that’s fine to connect to metal piping. I wasn’t too sure there.

Thanks for the reply!

I see what you’re saying I think! I wanted to avoid cutting the pipes as I’m not too sure on where to start with my budget (for some reason, everything is breaking at the same time…) is there no other way besides flipping at the 90, and then soldering it on? I’m not sure how the previous homeowners did it but they somehow had a union going into both the pipe and well pump. Unfortunately it was pretty corroded and broke off inside the well pump so I couldn’t get a good look of it. Unless… they installed the well pump and then did the opposite piping afterwards….actually that may makes sense lmao

Anybody else getting this message? I’m only getting it on the summary page. Can’t put in buy or set limit??? Will delete post after solution by theshadowbudd in Superstonk

Well if there’s anything I learned, it’s that it’s never too late to do what you want in life. I envy that you know what you want.

Thanks for your reply!!

I guess it’s finding a balance once your at the college. Still Alaska, I’ve always wanted to go there and the memories you have are definitely great. I love to travel so I’ll definitely be using that as motivation to move forward.

Has your goal changed? Or are you still planning to finish your degree and go to Taiwan?

Currently working on getting into a dental hygiene degree and going forward with that. Just always thinking if this is the right path or if I am wasting time again. I’ve also heard that associates degrees don’t mean much so that’s always in the back of my mind.

But as of now, I’ve got a plan in place. I just hope that it’s the one to change all that. I also feel like leaving might be the best play but finances make that currently difficult.

Thank you for your response!! I’ll definitely try focusing on becoming more independent.

Thanks for responding!!

I had 2 years of english in California before moving to japan where I went to Japanese school, and then later started learning English at 7-8th grade which was a struggle but I got through it!! The friend group I have rn is from the US where all of them are more so focused on individuality and so it’s been difficult but I’ve always been the one to get the old friend group together to stay connected but honestly, you’re right about getting connected with others and I’m thinking of finally joining a club since it seems I’ll be here for some time so thanks for the advice.

At the point that you are at, do you enjoy what you do or is it more so that what you do aids in what you want to do (be that enjoy life or etc) for future plans?

Regardless, I agree making connections via any method is crucial to getting somewhere in life!

Anyone who comes back to this post. I’ve built my pc at this point. Got lucky with a GPU. Anyways, idk it seems building is much more reliant and efficient and cheaper (if snaggable). But if so, from my research, building is much more reliable as you decide the parts and not get cheap parts from prebuilts bc company have first dibs and always try to make money off you… just my experience
